Terms of service.
These Terms of Service explain the general rules that apply when you use this website or engage SABBIR KHAN for web development, software development, WordPress, mobile app, SEO, digital marketing, or related consulting services. Project-specific proposals and written agreements may include additional terms.

1. Services
Services may include website design and development, full-stack web applications, SaaS products, WordPress development, mobile apps, e-commerce development, technical SEO, on-page SEO, analytics, digital marketing, maintenance, and consulting. The exact deliverables, timeline, revisions, and price are defined in the agreed project scope.
2. Project scope and changes
Work is completed according to the agreed scope. New features, additional pages, major revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional time or cost.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, access, approvals, brand assets, and other information needed to complete the work. Delays in receiving these items may affect the project timeline.
4. Payments
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue. Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, paid themes, APIs, stock assets, advertising spend, payment processing fees, app store fees, and other third-party costs are the client's responsibility unless the project agreement states otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the agreed project deliverables and source code included in the project scope. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Third-party services
Projects may use services such as hosting providers, payment systems, APIs, analytics tools, app stores, or WordPress plugins. Their availability and policies are controlled by those providers.
7. Results and warranties
Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Development, SEO, advertising, analytics, and marketing work cannot guarantee a specific search ranking, traffic level, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue, or other business result because many factors are outside my control.
8. Cancellation
Either party may discuss ending a project if circumstances change. Completed work and approved costs remain payable according to the agreed project terms.
9. SEO and marketing results
Search engines, advertising platforms, competitors, market conditions, algorithms, policies, and third-party services can affect performance. SEO and marketing recommendations are based on available data and professional best practices, but results may vary over time.
10. Cancellation and unfinished work
Either party may request to end a project. Work already completed, approved expenses, and other amounts due under the agreed project terms remain payable. Delivery or transfer of unfinished files, source code, credentials, or project materials will follow the agreed project terms.
